We provide digital D&D assets, including but not limited to maps, adventures, rule supplements, artwork, and other downloadable content ("Digital Products").
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Products for personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of our Digital Products is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.
3. Account Registration (If Applicable):
If account registration is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Purchases and Payments:
All purchases are processed through secure payment gateways.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including any applicable taxes.
For customers in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and elsewhere, applicable gross receipts taxes will be collected as required by law.
5. Delivery of Digital Products:
Digital Products are delivered electronically via email to the email address provided during the purchase process.
Delivery typically occurs within 2 business days of order confirmation, but delays may occur.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your email address.
6. Non-Refundable Policy:
All sales of Digital Products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of technical defects preventing access or use, at our discretion.

We do not warrant that our products or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Archipelago LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
